When you contact us or send us an inquiry via a contact form on the website, we process the personal data that you write in the form, such as your name, email-address, work address and any personal data included in free text fields. Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (f).

We use Piwik PRO Analytics Suite to help us understand how the visitors use our website. Piwik PRO does not use the data about you for its own purposes.


Your personal data will be stored by Pharmacosmos A/S, or a third-party hosting provider contracted by us, and will be safeguarded by technical and organizational measures to protect them from unauthorized access, use and disclosure.

When needed for the purposes set out herein, we may also share your personal data with our affiliated companies, business partners or third party service providers who deliver services to us. These include Piwik PRO because we use the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite as described above, and Microsoft, because we use the service Azure Online Services for hosting this website and for storing information captured. 

We may also share your personal data with relevant public authorities, if required by applicable law.
