The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Marketing Manager/Director to join our team. We are looking for a colleague who will take the lead on key projects as we move into a new exciting stage of our core drug’s life cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of market assets that align with both local and global needs and provide marketing support for selected key partner markets. 

The responsibilities of the International Marketing Manager are cantered around the following:

  • Lead on customer implementation excellence
  • Lead on disease awareness and direct-to-patient initiatives
  • Identification and development of market assets vouched for by local and global needs
  • Drive the digital transformation across all customer touchpoints
  • Marketing support responsible for selected key partner market
  • Host monthly online events on best practising
  • Head our eLearning programme and drive the development of new modules
  • Project support of global events such as speaker meetings and partner conferences in coordination with internal and external groups
  • Project management of international congress participation and provide consultancy and support to regional and local exhibitions and events

The team

Our Global Marketing & Communications team consist of 6 highly skilled people all located at our headquarters in Holbæk. We work very close with our marketing colleagues around the world, and in this position, you will have the opportunity to work with our global affiliates as well. Besides our own department we have a very strong collaboration with our colleagues in the rest of the pharmaceutical team as well as all other functions at our HQ. We have a very informal tone and enjoy having fun together in the team.

What you bring to the team

The ideal candidate for this position will, among other qualifications, bring the following to the team: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the pharma industry or as a consultant in the field.
  • Preferably with a degree in Life Sciences or a related field, with experience in both field and marketing functions.
  • Strong track record in content creation and the ability to co-create with colleagues and vendors.
  • Excellent listening and coaching skills.
  • Ability to make scientific data and publications understandable.Digital native, technical savvy and curious
  • High degree of drive and entrepreneurship with strong end-to-end ownership.
  • Open mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Structured approach with attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of local and global marketing compliance regulations. 

The International Marketing Manager/Director reports directly to VP of Global Marketing and Communications.

You should expect 20-30 travelling days per year.
