The position


We are looking to fill a vacant position as International Marketing Manager in our Human Iron Global Marketing Team. As the International Marketing Manager of Monofer®, you will be onboarded in a very exciting phase of the product life cycle with the expansion into new markets and therapeutic areas.

You will take on the pivotal role of developing our marketing assets and become an important resource supporting our global affiliate and partner marketing teams. You will spearhead our continued digital transformation and will take on the responsibility of enhancing our digital competence levels to accelerate the customer engagement and conversion in all relevant touchpoints.

In close collaboration with our experienced marketing team, you will take the lead on adapting our brand strategy and planning according to the substantial market opportunities and needs for local commercial support.

Responsibilities


The main tasks of the job include:

  • Identification and development of market assets vouched for by local and global needs
  • Drive the digital transformation across all customer touchpoints
  • Marketing support responsible for selected key partner market
  • Host monthly online events on best practising
  • Marketing contributor in cross-functional strategy priority teams
  • Lead on the annual strategy update and planning
  • Head our eLearning programme and drive the development of new modules
  • Project execution of global events such as speaker meetings and partner conferences in coordination with internal and external groups
  • Project management of international congress participation and provide consultancy and support to regional and local exhibitions and events
  • Drive the establishment of our Marketing Excellence Academy

The Candidate


You have an educational background as M.Sc. in marketing, business administration or life science.

Further, you have at least 3-4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, from a marketing role and preferably as a sales representative. You have experience with developing pharmaceutical marketing materials and managing marketing events and campaigns ideally at an international level.

You possess excellent organising and time management skills with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end within tight deadlines and without any sacrifice to quality. Further, you are able to react to market and customer insights, to adapt brand strategies and develop marketing materials.

  • Very experienced and knowledgeable in handling compliance approval process
  • Have excellent communication skills and confidence in sharing your ideas and recommendations
  • Manage and stimulate agencies and vendor relationships to the satisfaction of all contributors
  • Are able to work independently and readily take on responsibility
  • Speak and write fluent English

Travelling


You should expect 20 travelling days per year.
